This was the first book published through Egress Studio Press that was for a Washington State poet. James Bertolino was the perfect choice. 26 Poems From Snail River is a selection from the best of the 1995 Quarterly Review of Literature award-winning Snail River. Bertolino is one of two poets to have won this international competition twice.
With 500 copies printed in 2000, this book is now out-of-print. We will soon be recording the entire book with the voice of the poet, James Bertolino.
About the Author James Bertolino is an award-winning poet, a fine mentor, and continues to write surprisingly witty, smart poems. He enjoys feeding the chickens table scrabs on the five acres he shares with his partner in poetry and life, Anita K. Boyle.
